PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY:

SAME DAY ORDERS
- Orders placed until 2 pm will be delivered the same day (if the customer requires it).
- Orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the following day according to the date and shift indicated by the customer.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Saturdays:
First turn. From 9 am to 2 pm (orders received until 7 am ).
Second shift. From 2 pm to 6 pm (orders received until 2 pm ).
- Sundays:
One turn only. From 9 am to 3 pm (orders received until 3 pm on Saturday).

OF THE WARRANTY AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
All our products come with a warranty. Changes will be accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the product arrived in poor condition, the customer must send us photos as evidence to verify the request (to our WhatsApp). Once the product has been reviewed from the packaging to the flowers, Kukyflor will pick it up at the address where the delivery was made, proceeding to replace it with another product of the same model in perfect condition within 8 hours of receiving the exchange request.
